This place right here!!!! Get there NOW! And the workers were from Nepal! Super sweet and we came working the hour of closing and they were super sweet and kind to us. The customer service, the food, and the ambiance is all worth it. Everything we had tasted delish and we had so much food to eat the next day. Of course, it taste even better the next day. Dont think twice about it. Go eat here! Map it out and go there. Look no further.
Probably the best Indian place in Fort Worth. Buffet was amazing with 10 entrees. Food was authentic and flavorful. Service was very good.
Great atmosphere, service, and food!!! Excellent, excellent, excellent. We are the chicken briyani, curry, and chow mein. It was all really great. The waiters were very attentive and were constantly checking to make sure we were okay.
We didn't want to make a review, because then more people would come but this place is amazing. The atmosphere is as though you are dining outside while actually inside. With every bite you can feel the love, it's as close to an intimate home cooked meal as you are going to get. Definitely worth a weekly visit.
We have gotten takeaway from here and it was good, but i was waiting for a dine in experience to review. The food is really top notch. The restaurant is clean. The service was fine. We took the whole family and they had enough approachable options that only one kid had to have chicken nuggets (which they serve). My only complaint was that it took forever, but i assume it's because we came at the very beginning of dinner service. Looking forward to coming back at lunch for the buffet.
Wonderful dining option if you're in the mood for tasty Indian/Nepalese food! Ambiance: we stopped by Herbs for dinner on a Saturday night. There was no wait for a table. Restaurant is very clean and has a welcoming interior! Service: our server was friendly and especially attentive. The owner is incredibly hospitable and nice to chat with! Food came out quickly and hot! Food: Papadam + Chutneys - free for every table. A wonderfully crunchy way to start your meal! Gobi Manchurian - fried cauliflower in a sweet and spicy sauce. Must order! Samosa Chaat - I'm a sucker for chaat and this one did not disappoint. Lots of varying flavors from the savory samosa to the tangy yogurt/chutney topping. Shahi Paneer - rich and creamy tomato gravy. Tart with a touch of spice! Palak Paneer - spinach purée with chunks of cheesy paneer. Earthy and fresh taste! Garlic Naan - cooked perfectly toasty with tons of butter and garlic on top. Delicious! TL;DR - Must try for South Asian cuisine in the area! Servers are courteous and efficient. The Gobi Manchurian and Palak Paneer are delightful!
We came for their 7 day per week lunch buffet and left very full and satisfied. You can either do the buffet or order a la carte from their menu during lunch. They are a really beautiful Indian and Nepali restaurant, and were very friendly and accommodating. They were very dedicated in answering questions about what ingredients/allergens were in the dishes, which was so nice. The tandoori chicken, fish curry, and aloo bhindi (spiced potato and okra) were my favorites from the buffet, but really, every single dish that was offered was delicious. Also, for dessert, the rice pudding was a wonderful treat. They came out with baskets of fresh naan for everyone, included with the lunch buffet. I'm super happy to have had the chance to eat here, it was a lovely experience!
This place is amazing! Been craving Indian for the longest time and glad we found this spot. The interior looks regal, with very clean decor and great lighting. The waiter was super friendly, made great recommendations for us. We started with the spicy fish tikka; it came sizzling hot on a stone plate. The fish was very tender and it carried some heat! Also ordered the chicken momo, the fillings was excellent. We ordered a side of garlic naan, it's a must if you're ordering any kind of curry. It's the perfect bread to dip in. For entre we ordered the chicken korma; it's a delicious gravy dish that pairs perfect over rice. Excited to return to try the lunch buffet. We will be back!
I was excited for find an Indian lunch buffet near the Fort Worth area and decided to give it a shot. I was not disappointed by my decision. It's tucked away in an unassuming strip mall but the interior was clean, quiet, and bright. There weren't that many people for a Saturday lunch. They had a good selection of items in their lunch buffet and garlic Naan which comes with the lunch buffet is brought to you fresh from the kitchen. I love the Naan as it was fluffy and flavorful and not stale at all. Some of my favorite items from the buffet were the goat curry which I've never had before. It didn't have an overwhelming goat taste and the meat was chewy which I preferred. The Chicken Chilli and Veggi Pakora with is a fried veggie dish was up there as well. Service was okay and it looked like they were continuously checking the freshness of the food in the buffet which was great. I'd definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for an Indian lunch buffet experience.
Absolutely love coming here the food is authentic an taste fantastic. I lived in India an Nepal as a child an I have tried many places dal an they have been disappointing. But here OMG it's amazing!!!! I was so happy I had to come back just for the dal, but I also love the tandoori chicken an garlic naan are my favorite things to eat. The staff is great they keep up with the water an when your ready they get your boxes for you. The restaurant is very nice the table cloths are beautiful they make sure that after each patron they change the tablecloth. Definitely one of my favorites to come to.
